If I haven’t angered the bear yet, then this one just might. Not on purpose, though.
Anyway, in this episode we will discuss the topic of the gender assigned Justice, Lady Justice.

Has anyone asked her what her gender is yet, instead of always just assuming?
Anyway.
As I said previously, “Oh, we like to say that justice is what is good, what is right, what is moral; that justice is holding the guilty accountable.” And that would mean that justice is, as one definition puts it, “the correct application of law.”
Now, Lady Justice is just an allegorical personification of the moral force in the justice system, as stated if you look up the definition of Lady Justice.
But, as I state in my book, Volume I: The Foundation To Your Success, “This moral code is planted in the soil we foster, and it is built upon the foundation we have laid; it will stand or fall with that foundation.”
It does seem as if most, if not all, things seem to circle back to your foundation.
But, since we are going to discuss the topic of justice according to law, then I would like to ask a very important question:
Is Lady Justice really blind, or is it us who wear the blindfold?
Are we focused or blinded?
Kind of like Episode 002: Focused or Blinded (who is the enemy?)
People usually identify their enemy based on their idea of what is right or wrong, moral or immoral. People’s foundation is what they base their perceptions of such upon. People should read Romans 16:17.
Anyway, since we are discussing Lady Justice here, I think it is prudent to discuss laws as well.

Laws are created to help people understand the cultural boundaries of right and wrong. These laws may not always be perceived as moral or ethical, because they are created and built by society, and society is not always perceived as moral or ethical in what it chooses as right and wrong. (This is explained more in my book, Volume I: The Foundation To Your Success.)
Here, in the United States, we have a document called the Constitution for guiding the citizens of the U.S. on how to best operate our Republic—yes, it was set up as a Republic, not a democracy, but I like to term it now as a Republican Representative Democracy (you can read more on that in my book America: If You Can Keep It). This includes the checks and balances between our three branches of government. That is, each branch has rules and procedures they must follow in order to properly, rightly, justly, and lawfully perform their duty. They are also to act as a guardian against another branch that might try to become tyrannical, power-hungry, lawless, politically corrupt, or biased.
So, if one branch declines to abide by proper protocol set forth by constitutional laws, then it is up to another branch to step up and attempt to restore jurisdiction and balance. If two branches choose to decline to abide by proper constitutional protocol (law), then there is still a safety wall between their unconstitutional efforts, which would be the third branch. If all three branches choose to decline to abide by proper constitutional protocol (law), then ‘We the People’ and Lady Justice would be in a very bad place.
Remember, one way in which ‘We The People,’ according to our founding, (that is, legal citizens) can peacefully exercise our power over government is at the voting polls. That is our duty.
Is justice always served at the polls?
Where there is power to be had in this world, there you will find both righteousness and wickedness.
Look up Mark 7:21-23 and 1 Corinthians 2:14. There is a battle that we cannot see.
